Terms Of Service

Domain Registration / Renewal fees are always non-refundable after the registration/renewal has been processed.  All domain registration, hosting, and email services are operated by DreamHost.com, Go Daddy Software, Inc., Network Solutions, HostLabs, LiveOffice, et al, and are subject to the Terms of Service, Policies, Domain Registration Agreements, etc. of same.

Remote Support service fees and account balances are always non-refundable after the first remote support session has begun.  The system that supports Remote Support services is operated by LogMeIn, Inc., and is provided subject to the terms and conditions of same.

All other fees are always non-refundable.

Laguna Technologies nor its principals or employees shall be liable for loss of or damage to Customer's equipment or business during or as a result of the use of any of its services.  Laguna Technologies does not warrant that any services provided are free of defects, nor does it make any representation or warranty as to the quality, performance, merchantability, or fitness for use for any particular purpose of any of same.
