To begin your Remote Support session, you will download and install a small program onto your computer. |

| Look at where the big yellow arrow above is pointing. |
| Where you see the words:

| click with the mouse and choose "Download File..." |
| Firefox users, skip
step 1. Mac users, skip all of these steps, accept the download, and click on the "Remote Support" icon on your desktop. |
| Step 2 |
| A box will appear asking you what to do next. |
| In that box, click on "RUN" or "OPEN". |
| Firefox users, click on "Save File" |
| Step 3 |
| Another box will appear asking you what to do next. |
| In that box, click on "RUN", "OPEN", or "YES". |
